The 2017 Nissan Altima comes with one of two different engines. Most trim levels begin with the 2.5-liter DOHC 16-valve four-cylinder engine, which produces 179 hp and 177 lb-ft of torque. However, when you reach the top two trims, the four-cylinder is swapped out for a 3.5-liter DOHC 24-valve V6 engine, which in addition to a boosted size also boosts the engine's power to 270 hp and 251 lb-ft of torque.
The interior of the 2017 Altima comes with a variety of features to make the cockpit more comfortable and intuitive. Just some of these features include an in-mirror rearview monitor which gives you a rearview mirror that lets you see more, dual-zone climate control that will allow you and your front passenger to finally end the war over the air conditioning knob, as well as leather-appointed seats that let you travel in luxurious comfort.
